We invite you to take a FREE Mentor or Apprentice candidate evaluation. The only
thing we ask, is that you be honest! This evaluation will tell you the likelihood that
you would make a good Mentor or Apprentice. If you do not answer honestly and become a
Mentor or an Apprentice, you could hurt the company you are working for as well as your
Mentor or Apprentice.
If a company that is currently using the Mentors @ Work system has asked you to complete
an evaluation, please include that company's Mentors @ Work ID number. If you do not know
what that number is, just ask your contact at that company for it.
